NEW YORK, NY—July 21, 2020—LoanStreet Inc. the first fully integrated platform that streamlines the process of sharing, managing and originating loans appoints three capital markets veterans to support the Company’s growth and product development: Eric Marcus, Managing Director and Head of Trading; Joe Dunham, Director of Sales; and Matt Rudzinski, Director of Sales and Trading. As part of this team expansion, Byron Holmes is also promoted to Head of Sales and Business Development, reporting to Loan Street CEO Ian Lampl.

Eric Marcus joins as Managing Director and Head of Trading. Eric brings more than 25 years of fixed-income capital markets experience most recently as Director of Guggenheim Partners where he was responsible for trading, risk management and analysis of loans, MBS and ABS across a number of fixed-income portfolios. Previously he served as Executive Director at UBS, Principal at Banc of America Securities, Vice President at PaineWebber, and Vice President at Goldman Sachs.

Joe Dunham joins as a Director of Business Development, based in Los Angeles, and will focus on covering West Coast credit unions. Joe brings more than 20 years of experience in fixed-income most recently as an Investment Advisor at Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union, where he focused on both bond and loan trading. Previously he was Managing Director and Head of Regional Dealer Sales for Amherst Pierpont Securities. Prior to that, Joe was Vice President and Head of Regional Dealer Sales for Bank of New York Mellon and Vice President at Bank of America.

Matt Rudzinski joins as a Director of Sales and Trading to partner with clients looking to implement our technology into their workflows as well as in creating, evaluating, pricing and distributing asset pools. Most recently Matt was part of the loan trading desk at Alliant Credit Union where he managed credit union relationships and undertook loan participation pricing and reporting. Previously he was a mortgage underwriter at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Matt is a CFA Charterholder.
