Webcast Covering New Features and Interface Scheduled for March 31

NEW YORK, NY—March 31, 2021—LoanStreet Inc. has undertaken a total renovation of its participations platform to reflect current client needs and market trends. The additions include: new marketplace and portfolio views, data rooms that better reflect how users interact with the platform, integrated file delivery systems, revamped reports delivery and enhanced customer support. LoanStreet will host a webcast to demonstrate the new platform on March 31 at 2:00PM Eastern Time. We encourage both existing clients and potential new users to attend. Please register here.

“For the past seven years, LoanStreet’s loan participation platform has been instrumental in enabling broader, more efficient, and more economical access to loan participations for financial institutions of all sizes.” Ian Lampl, CEO of LoanStreet, said. “We’ve learned a lot about how our customers work, what they’d like to see and what their pain points are. We’ve taken all these learnings and incorporated them into a new platform to help clients be faster and more adaptive in this market environment. These forthcoming enhancements are collectively the most extensive updates to our flagship platform since our founding and I believe they will deliver significant benefits for the entire ecosystem. I’m tremendously proud of the solutions our team has built and we look forward to demonstrating the business outcomes this platform will deliver for our clients.”

LoanStreet’s new participations platform features will include:

  • An Enhanced Marketplace – From how you view current offerings to an embedded way to review files for due diligence in data rooms. Even file delivery is secure and easy in the new system.
  • Upgraded Portfolio View – Clients can now see bought and sold assets across key metrics on a single page with the ability to add new loans.
  • Improvements to User Administration – Profile, Settings, Login, Registration and Support pages have all been improved to match the way clients use the platform.

To provide the smoothest transition experience, the new platform will be released during the second week of April, after most monthly reporting workflows will have been completed.

About LoanStreet Inc.

LoanStreet is the first fully-integrated, online platform that streamlines the process of sharing, managing, and originating loans for credit unions, banks, and alternative lenders. LoanStreet was founded in 2013 with the mission to create a more efficient, transparent, and robust way of administrating loans and connecting the lending market. LoanStreet’s nationwide network of financial institutions gives lenders the ability to profit and grow by combining technology and dedicated expertise to mitigate the constraints otherwise caused by geography, size, or concentration limits. Over 1,000 financial institutions now use LoanStreet’s software solution to successfully do business with each other and maximize the potential of their respective organizations. LoanStreet was co-founded by Ian Lampl, former Deputy Chief Counsel for TARP, following the financial crisis to meet the acute need he saw for a standardized and automated loan sharing platform.
