Canadian Compound Rate

A Canadian compound rate is an interest rate calculated by compounding a Canadian benchmark, most commonly the Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average (CORRA), over the interest period. Compounded CORRA replaced CDOR as the main benchmark for Canadian dollar loans after CDOR ended in June 2024. LoanStreet CLS calculates compounded CORRA interest as part of its Canadian loan servicing capabilities.
