Ian Lampl

Co-Founder & CEO

Ian Lampl is the co-founder and CEO of LoanStreet Inc., an innovative online platform that helps financial institutions to manage, scale and analyze loans on their balance sheets, connect with partners and effectively share risk.

Prior to launching LoanStreet, Ian served as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Office of Financial Stability which implemented the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) for the United States Department of the Treasury. While at Treasury, Ian developed and managed a number of the Treasury programs to stem the financial crisis. For his work, he received the Treasury Secretary's honor award for exemplary public service.

Ian is recognized as an industry leader in loan participations and is a frequent speaker at banking, credit union, and financial technology conferences. Before joining Treasury, Ian was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he focused on commercial lending and securities offerings. He graduated with honors from both University of Chicago Law School and Princeton University, where he received a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering.

Mark Rambler

Chief Operating Officer
Mark Rambler is COO at LoanStreet Inc. Before joining LoanStreet, Mark co-founded Credibility Capital, a small business lender. Previously, he was a vice president in the Credit Funds at Fortress Investment Group and a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Mark graduated from Princeton University (A.B., cum laude) and Duke University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude), where he was a member of the Duke Law Journal.

Alyssa Guttman

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Alyssa Guttman is the Chief People Officer at LoanStreet, where she helped to recruit and hire every person at the company from the day it was officially funded. Since then, she has built out the HR functions, talent development practice, as well as the social initiatives and team events. Prior to LoanStreet, Alyssa was Founder and Managing Partner of The Tiger Kensington Group, an executive search firm focused on financial services. Earlier in her career, Alyssa spent nearly a decade at a global retained executive search firm, placing senior level candidates at top financial institutions. Alyssa started her career at JPMorgan in Equity Sales, where she was based out of NYC, Boston and London. She received her BA in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Larry Adams

VP of Engineering
Larry Adams is VP of Engineering at LoanStreet Inc. Before joining LoanStreet, Larry spent a decade at TrinDocs, a Document Management and Automation system. There he became the Head of Engineering, leading and participating in the launch of multiple products. Larry brings a driving passion for technology and how it can be applied to solving real world problems. Larry started as a self-taught developer at a young age, and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Vinnie Farrell

VP of Commercial Lending
Vinnie joined LoanStreet in April of 2021, after spending 21 years in Citigroup’s North America Loan Operations. Vinnie’s last assignment at Citigroup was Head of Citi’s Institutional Client’s Group, North America Loan Operations, which he held for 10 years. In this role, Vinnie oversaw a team that in 2020 managed 800 syndicated deals as Agent, over 8,000 lending positions, as well as closed/settled and administered over 2000 secondary loan trades per month. Vinnie’s knowledge of the Loan Agency functions is broad-based and includes transactions across global legal jurisdictions. Vinnie has vast experience in complex syndicated deal structures, including defaulted and bankruptcy scenarios. Additionally, Vinnie was instrumental in setting up and managing a white-label Agency servicing business at Citi. He graduated from University of Delaware with a B.A in Philosophy and an MBA in Finance.

Eric Marcus

Managing director & Head of trading
Eric Marcus is Managing Director and Head of Trading at LoanStreet. Eric has more than 25 years of fixed-income capital markets experience most recently as Director of Guggenheim Partners where he was responsible for trading, risk management and analysis of loans, MBS and ABS across a number of fixed-income portfolios. Previously he served as Executive Director at UBS, Principal at Banc of America Securities, Vice President at PaineWebber, and Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Eric graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. in Economics) and Boston University (MBA).

Ranna Bansal

VP of Participations
Ranna is the VP of Participations at LoanStreet, Inc, where he leads the efforts to make loans shareable across institutions at scale, focusing on the portfolio of credit union loan participations. He developed the initial reporting product and has helped over 100 selling institutions set up and operate monthly remittance processes for over 1000 buying institutions. His experience helps LoanStreet deliver a flexible, easy-to-integrate product that provides extensive loan information quickly and accurately across a network of institutions. He received a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton.

Joe Parvin

Head of CU Sales
Joe Parvin is Head of Credit Union Sales at LoanStreet Inc. Prior to joining the company, Joe was Vice President of Capital Markets at Commerce Bank in Kansas City. He has worked with credit unions in many capacities, including advisory, ALM, and fixed income portfolio management. Joe graduated from Truman State University (B.S) and received his masters from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (MBA).

Edward Guttman

VP of Product & Design
Edward Guttman is VP of Product & Design at LoanStreet Inc. He previously was the co-founder of User Experience Lab, a product design and strategy consulting firm. Prior to that, Ed was a partner and head of user experience at a fixed income fintech startup. Since the early ‘90s, he’s worked at the leading edge of design for enterprise and business software products with an emphasis on financial technologies such as risk and portfolio management, capital markets and advisory services. Ed graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with two bachelors in design and received his masters in interactive telecommunications from New York University.

Ariel Elkayam

Ariel Elkayam is VP of Product at LoanStreet Inc. Before joining LoanStreet, Ariel was Vice President of Product Management at FIS’s commercial lending business unit where he was based out of NYC and London. Ariel has more than 20 years of experience in building financial technology products with a particular emphasis on commercial and syndicated loans. Ariel received his BA in English from Binghamton University.

Michael Lanzarone

VP Of Finance
Michael Lanzarone is VP of Finance at LoanStreet Inc., where he leads the structuring of investments, partnerships and advisory engagements. Before joining LoanStreet, Michael was Vice President of Corporate Development at Time Inc. Prior to Time Inc. Michael was a Technology M&A banker at Societe Generale, Lehman Brothers, and Credit Suisse. Michael graduated from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering as well as Certificates in Finance and Engineering Management Systems.

Doug Callahan

VP of Data and Analytics
As VP of Data and Analytics, Doug seeks to maintain the highest level possible of data integrity at LoanStreet, and to leverage that data by providing our customers with analytics products that answer their specific needs. Doug came to LoanStreet directly from Stanford University, where he completed his M.S. in Statistics and researched federal sentencing outcomes and international discovery requests. Previously, Doug worked as a union-side labor lawyer in Washington, D.C., where he developed expertise in general litigation, labor relations, and federal administrative practice and review.

Trey Gregory

Head of brand and marketing communications
Trey is Head of Brand and Marketing Communications at LoanStreet Inc., where he leads all efforts to raise awareness and increase customer engagement and acquisition. Trey joined LoanStreet from Bloomberg LP, where he developed and executed strategic marketing campaigns as Global Marketing Manager and Team Leader, promoting Bloomberg’s enterprise risk, electronic trading and order and execution management systems. Prior to that, Trey served as Global Head of Marketing and Communications at MarketAxess, the leading provider of electronic trading for institutional credit. Early in his career, Trey was an Account Supervisor at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Trey graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.S. in Economics and Columbia University with a M.S. in Strategic Communications.
