At LoanStreet, the ability of a candidate to grow and enrich our culture is as important as their technical capabilities. We are thoughtful about every hire and while the business has certain needs, we are opportunistic about great talent, even if a role is not currently listed.

A call with a member of our internal recruiting team is the first point of contact. We’ll learn more about your skills and goals, as well as share our perspective on LoanStreet’s business and the role itself.

A 30-minute remote interview between the candidate, the hiring manager and/or a senior person in the hiring group allows for further discussion as well as in-depth Q&A.

Up to 3 one-on-one remote 30-minute interviews will take place before the scheduled group review. This is intended to allow the candidate and the team to learn more about each other and discuss the position in greater detail.

Following the final interview, a decision is typically made by the next day. In general, our team is able to move quickly, and our process can be flexible depending on the situation and the needs of the candidate.
