Reporting Only: Off Platform Participations
If your institution already has an existing Participations Portfolio and is seeking a robust consolidated reporting solution, look no further than LoanStreet. Our platform makes it easy to report on all your private deals and participations wherever they reside.
Just a few files are required to get started:
- Participation Agreements
- Loan Origination Data (if available)
- Remittance Reports (Previous 2 months)
Once the dataset has been staged in LoanStreet’s systems, our team will provide sample reports and setup some time to go over them in detail. When you’re ready, just forward what you receive from your sellers each month and we’ll take care of the rest.
