NEW YORK, NY—August 23, 2021—LoanStreet Inc., the first fully integrated platform that streamlines the process of sharing and managing loans, is excited to announce a series of new hires to increase its network of financial institutions and support the continued development of the platform. Since the beginning of the year, LoanStreet has added 21 team members, an increase of 47%.

Michael Wu, decided to join as Director of Sales from UNIFY Financial Credit Union, where he was Loan Sales Manager and worked with LoanStreet on loan participations and reporting. “When I first started using LoanStreet at UNIFY, I was blown away by how powerful and easy it was,” Michael says. “I saw the quick transaction turnaround, the nationwide distribution, and the streamlined monthly reporting capability first-hand. I thought to myself, ‘This is the future of participations and reporting.’” Michael previously worked at Kinecta Credit Union as the Manager of Retail Services and started his career as a Business Banker at B of A.

David Young joins as Managing Director of Capital Markets Group to focus on building out the bank distribution channels. David most recently worked at SunTrust (Truist) in Whole Loan Sales and previously worked at Cortview Capital Securities, Crosspoint Capital and Wells Fargo.

Charles Ingram joins as Director of Sales for the Capital Markets Group. Charles worked with David at SunTrust (Truist) and previously held roles at STI Capital and Commerce Street Capital.

Roxanne Gaudiel joins LoanStreet from the Carlyle Group as a Senior Software Engineer. She will be joining efforts to build out LoanStreet’s evolving reporting platform. Roxanne has over 12 years of experience in technology and financial services, most recently in technical leadership positions as Team Lead & Senior Software Engineer at Carlyle and as the Head of Americas Technology Group for GIC Investment Management. She held previous positions as a Business Analyst at Fortress Investments and Senior Project Consultant at Black Mountain Systems. Roxanne started her career in data migration with the Napa Group. Roxanne holds an A.B. from Princeton University, where she was also a member of the women’s ice hockey team.

Robert Jakubov joins as a Staff Engineer with 20 years of engineering experience at both financial institutions and venture-backed companies. At LoanStreet, he will initially be focused on the development of the new commercial lending platform. Previously, Robert was Senior Backend Engineer at fintech startup Jetty and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Resy. Prior to that, he held the Lead Software Engineer role at Percolate. Robert started his career with financial services companies as a software developer, cultivating his engineering skills with both Citigroup and JPMorgan. Robert holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Brooklyn College and an MBA from Pace University.

Bryan Mierke joins as a Senior Software Engineer from Experian, where he was Senior Software Engineer & Scrum Leader. At LoanStreet, he will be focusing on the ongoing development of LoanStreet’s flagship participation platform. Bryan brings with him over 14 years of experience in fintech product management and more recently, software engineering. Prior to Experian, he was a Front-End Engineer at Digital Air Strike. Bryan began his career in account and project management at Web.com and Dun & Bradstreet. Bryan holds a B.B.A from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
